You may request access and updates to your Personal Information, and you may request that your Personal Information be deleted. MakeMusic responds promptly to all requests in accordance with applicable law.

For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the email address you use to make the request, and we may need to verify your identity first. We may decline requests that jeopardize the privacy of others or require any action that is not permissible under applicable laws. Additionally, as permitted by applicable laws, we may retain certain Personal Information for record-keeping; e.g. data relating to your purchases for accounting purposes.

If you have any MakeMusic products registered to your account, data deletion will terminate their licenses. Account deletion removes the ability to authorize Finale and Garritan products for use on computers and revokes eligibility for discounted upgrade pricing on future versions. For SmartMusic products, account deletion results in the immediate cancellation of any current subscriptions.
