After all, what good is the ability to explore tens of thousands of titles, get immediate feedback on performances, or print individual parts if a forgotten password stands in the way?
Today we’re excited to share that we’ve updated our Password Reset process! Teachers can now generate a temporary password from within SmartMusic for any student who forgets their password and can’t receive the reset email in their school inbox.
Please note: The new Password Reset process applies only to educators and administrators on platforms for public/private schools and districts. The process for individual users has not changed.
